What is scalp acupuncture?

This therapy was co-founded by Dr. Chuang Yi-hsing and his wife. Based on the Yamamoto scalp acupuncture technique in Japan, it incorporates their clinical experience in the field of neuromedicine and combines traditional Chinese medicine meridian theory with modern neuroologic topical anatomy. It also emphasizes the relationship between the brain and holistic medicine, gradually developing a unique acupuncture system.

Clinical application

Zhuang's scalp acupuncture is commonly used as an adjunct treatment for neurological disorders, including post-stroke sequelae, motor dysfunction, speech difficulties, and sensory abnormalities.

At the same time, it can also regulate the autonomic nervous system, stabilize emotions, and improve sleep quality, allowing the brain to direct bodily functions in a more harmonious state.

Precise acupoint selection and systematic operation enable Zhuang's scalp acupuncture to produce significant regulatory effects in a short period of time, making it highly clinically valuable for patients who want to accelerate recovery, improve function, and enhance their quality of life.
